About The Event
Patricia Lawson is a Master Trainer with the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Her impressive credentials can be viewd here. Tai Chi for Health is endorsed by the CDC and Cleveland Clinic. Classes meet every Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Knopf Pavillion at Possum Long Nature Center. $20/mo. for members of AoMC, $40/mo. for non-members.
Note: As a Tai Chi for Health Master Trainer for North America, Pat travels periodocally to train other instructors and some classes may be lead by a substitute of Pat's choosing.
