Join Tai Chi instructor Joyce Pawley Wednesdays from 10:00AM - 11:00AM for Beginner Level Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention. This weekly class, designed to enhance balance and flexibility while promoting overall wellness, will take place every Wednesday from October 14 to December 16 at the Possum Long Outdoor Pavilion.
