About The Event
Join John Nelson for an evening of discovery as he shares tips for your bird photography adventures! Florida is one of the great birding hotspots in North America. The state's geography makes it a natural migratory path for a large number of bird species, making the year-round opportunities for bird and nature photographers almost limitless. In this workshop you will learn:
- Learn photography tips for the budget minded
- Equipment choices that won't break the bank
- How to approach birds for better images
- Best places in the state for birding
- The "How-to's" of flight photography & much more!
After the online workshop join us for a birding trip on Dec 12th at Lakeside Ranch Stormwater Treatment Area near Lake Okeechobee for a morning of birding and nature photography at this 5,400 acre wetlands sanctuary. A link will be sent out for the online workshop a few days before event.
